WM Store Terms of Use

The Weedmaps Terms of Use (the “Weedmaps Terms”), which can be found at https://weedmaps.com/legal/terms, and these WM Store Terms of Use (the “WM Store Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WM Store functionality provided via this HempRx WM Store site, including any order functionality used by HempRx and powered by Weedmaps (other than order functionality provided via weedmaps.com or the Weedmaps’ official iOS or Android applications) (the “WM Store Services”).

By using the WM Store Services, you agree to be bound by the Weedmaps Terms and these WM Store Terms, and you acknowledge our WM Store Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share with third parties the information we collect via this HempRx WM Store site. In the event there is a conflict between these WM Store Terms and the Weedmaps Terms, the Weedmaps Terms shall control to the extent of the conflict.

Weedmaps, on the one hand, and HempRx and its affiliates (“HempRx”), on the other hand, are separate businesses and legal entities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any separate HempRx policies, these WM Store Terms, the Weedmaps Terms and the WM Store Privacy Policy govern your use of the WM Store Services. You agree that Weedmaps is not responsible for HempRx’s business practices.

You understand that HempRx may send you sales and marketing emails. You can opt-out of receiving HempRx sales and marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and, if your opt-out is limited to certain types of emails, the opt-out will be so limited. HempRx reserves the right to send you emails relating to your HempRx account or use of its services, such as administrative and service announcements, and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving HempRx’s marketing emails.

You understand that HempRx is not responsible for any texts or calls you receive from Weedmaps, and you explicitly disclaim any liability against HempRx for any such texts or calls.
